Any changes to the requirements for the venue dressing can be made through a form in the software which then starts a new process for a fresh proposal etc.
Depending on how you handle your payments, there also is an option to offer instalments via automated invoicing.
There is a built in workflow to detect late payments and send automated payment reminders. ( version dependent )
When the venue dressing is completed the customer is added to an automatic review generation workflow for Google reviews or Facebook if needed. This helps with increasing the business’ reviews, reputation and search ranking in Google and Facebook.
